RULES ON DAMAGES CAUSED BY Careless Handling OF THE WEDDING DRESS BY THE CLIENT<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn the Regulations on Damages Caused by Careless Handling and Destruction of Parts or Total Damage to the Wedding Dress from the Lovely Bride Salon, clients who rent a wedding dress for the wedding day specified in the reservation are informed. These Regulations help regulate the costs arising from partial or permanent damage to part or the entire wedding dress. Given the nature of the business, the model may be rented out multiple times, so it must always be returned to its original condition for the next client

\nThe Regulations will mention the most common types of damage, which will serve as examples for all possible damages the salon may encounter. However, there may be unexpected damages that have not been seen in practice so far, and these will be interpreted by applying relevant segments from the Regulations as appropriate.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Damages are divided into three segments according to the degree:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

I degree<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIf the wedding dress is destroyed in such a way that all its parts (top, middle, bottom) show traces that cannot be removed during cleaning (holes, burn marks, heavy stains, tears, cuts, and other forms of violent damage that render the item unusable for further rental and business purposes), the full amount specified in the contract (purchase value) will be charged.

If the wedding dress is stolen or not returned to the salon on time, which may cause the salon to be unable to provide this model to the next client in a timely manner, the full amount (purchase value) will be charged.

If the wedding dress is destroyed in a way that requires a longer repair period (manual work over several days) because it was damaged during use, and the repair is expected to take more than 3 working days, which may prevent the model from being rented to the next client on time, the full amount specified in the reservation (purchase value) will be charged.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

II degree<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If the wedding dress model has sustained damage to a specific part (top, bottom, or individual section) during use, the salon is obligated to assess the most practical way to repair and restore the specific model to its original condition.<\/p>

Example 1: The destruction of the upper part from the neck to the waist would involve removing and replacing the upper part, with compensation for the damage amounting to half of the specified purchase value.<\/p>

Example 2: If the damage occurred due to a change of footwear, which is not allowed, and the lower part of the wedding dress was damaged, the replacement of all damaged layers (tulle, lace) will be charged. If the entire lower part is damaged, half of the purchase value will be charged.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If the model has sustained damage to a specific part during use, which can be isolated and replaced, restoring the model to its original condition and making it available for future rentals to other clients (e.g., sleeve), the replacement of the individual part will be charged, depending on the material, the time spent on the replacement, and the repair of the specific part and model.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
